This week StanMan has chosen Godsells Hooded Monk.
What is this I here you cry?
Well as you know StanMan likes to keep things simple.
This wonderful cheese is simply a true Double Gloucester made a few miles down the road in Leonard Stanley. The Double Gloucester is wrapped in a black wax, hence the hood!
